The Effects of Unseen Spiritual Forces

Can we know something we can’t directly see?  This study explores the effects of unseen spiritual forces that conceivably communicate, influence, or guide us.  Information was obtain from the direct experiences people had with unseen spiritual forces. 

Research for the past 50 years has unsuccessfully establish unseen spiritual forces as a scientific fact.  Scientists, in the main, however, believe the truth about the spiritual world is out there somewhere, we just have to find it.  Hopefully, this study will provide some interesting scientific research that places more light on these supernatural forces.

The Obituary Project

Most people want to live a meaningful life.  Some know how but countless struggle. To gain more understanding of this struggle, I completed the Obituary Project to find out what the deceased did to live meaningful lives.  I read over 2,100 obituaries from two newspapers over a six-month period and collected information from 477 obituaries. 

I selected those passages that I thought made a statement about achievement(s) in the lives of the deceased.  The final results was six examples exhibited by those living meaningful lives.  As you will see, the phenomenal lives lived by these remarkable people provided numerous insights into what it means to live a meaningful life.

It is difficult and complex to ever really know if political leaders are telling the truth.  Along with truthful communications often come lying, spin, hype, hate-speech and fear-mongering.  Deciding what is truthful and what is deceptive takes considerable effort. However, the truth really matters.   

In this guide, I present several deception-detecting strategies that you can use to sort out statements for truth.  I show numerous persuasion tactics political leaders use to convince us to think and vote the way they want us to think and vote.  I describe how not to get controlled by the drama of political leaders’ communications to persuade us to vote for them without at least making a smart effort to understand the real messages.

This guide is written to help caregivers assist stroke victims who are recovering from memory-related problems resulting from a stroke.  Although the primary focus is on memory difficulties of stroke victims, the guide can be used to aid those with early dementia and brain injury as well.  Family members, nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation team members can use the guide.
